How to be come our client (Registration)


1. In order to place an order, you must first fill in our “NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION” form. On the home page, click on the “REGISTRATION” tab in the top left corner (between the “LOGIN and the PROFILE” tabs) to start the registration process and follow the on-screen instructions.


2. In the “NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION” form there are several sections that need to be completed:


a, Login Details:

Here you can insert the login details you wish to use when you enter the Nutrition Trader webshop. 


b, Contact Information:
In this section, we need to know who will be the authorized Contact Person for the customer. The following information needs to be inserted, name and mobile number of the Contact Person.


c, Billing address:

In this section, you should indicate all the required details for the billing process. Please, insert the Company name in the “name” field.


Also, importantly make sure that where the registration form requests for the tax number you enter the valid EU VAT number of your Company.


If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, then check the box “The shipping address is same as billing address”. However, if your shipping address is different than uncheck this box and your registration form will expand with a new section “SHIPPING ADDRESS”. Here you can add your shipping address.


d, Other customer data

This is the last section of your registration form. We are aiming to collect information about your business, your markets and those brands which are important to you. This marketing research helps us give you the best service and helps to meet your needs.


e, Subscribe to newsletter

By clicking on the checkbox you declare that you have approved to receive the Newsletters and are accepting the information in it and the Privacy Policy declaration.


3. Within 24 hours of submitting the online “NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION” form, we will check your company information and your EU VAT number, then the e-mail address and the password that you provided will be activated. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that registration has been activated.


4. Once activated, you can log in to see prices, terms, availability and order or pre-order online.


5. You can change your password at any time by clicking on the “CHANGE CUSTOMER DETAILS” tab in the top left corner between the “LOGOUT and PROFILE” tabs. Your Company’s details which you completed during registration will appear. Simply click on the “PASSWORD” field and choose a new password, repeat this procees in the “PASSWORD CONFIRMATION” section. To save all changes you need to go to the bottom of the page and in the right corner click on the “MODIFICATOIN” tab. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for all modification.


6. Orders can only be processed in EUR only. There is no other option right now.


7. Before you place your order, we require a copy of the company register, which must be, no older than 6 months, and a copy of the Identity Card or the Passport of the Managing Director.
